Spacious Double Room in Friendly Flat – Finsbury Park / Holloway Area – Available from 7th May

Since I’m moving to Germany for a new job, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room in this lovely flat 😊

The room is bright, spacious, and comes fully furnished, with plenty of room to make it your own. The flat itself has a big open living area, a modern kitchen, and loads of natural light throughout.

The flat is in a super well-connected spot (N7 6FR), within walking distance to Finsbury Park and Holloway Road stations (Piccadilly, Victoria & National Rail), plus plenty of buses nearby. Arsenal Stadium is just a short walk away, but far enough to avoid the noise. It’s a peaceful bedroom and I’ve always slept really well here.

You’ll be living with 3 great flatmates:
Calvin (24) & Nic (25) - a gay couple living in the en-suite
Blake (26) - a straight man who works for football club and support gay right (Thank you Blake!)

So practically, you’ll only be sharing the main bathroom with Blake, which makes things super easy and flexible.

We all get on really well and hang out from time to time (pub nights, coffee, chats, etc.), but everyone also has their own lives, so there’s a good balance of social + personal space.

A few highlights:
- Computer desk and my chair is not included but I can sell it to you by cheap price.
- Bill are not included. It's equally around 60 per month since I moved in from December 2025.
- Big living room + kitchen space
- Lots of natural light
- Chill, respectful flat vibe
- Great balance of social and private time
- Only sharing bathroom with one person

Move-in details:
New contract starts: 7th May 2026
Ideally we’d like to confirm someone about a month in advance.
