Hey! I’m looking for a friendly and easygoing female flatmate to share a beautiful big split-level maisonette in a quiet, safe part of Islington 😊

The room & house:

💷 £1,250/month + ~£150 bills (usually less in summer)
🛏️ Double bedroom with your own private bathroom
🛋️The room is currently set up as a studio (as shown in the photos), but it comfortably fits a double bed, wardrobe, and desk — that was the previous setup
📦 Plenty of storage throughout the house
🧑‍💻 Extra small room next to the kitchen you’re welcome to use (great for storage or a workspace)
☀️ Bright, modern home with high ceilings, big windows, and lots of natural light
🌿 Really peaceful street, but still super well connected

Location:

🚇 Around 10 mins to Caledonian Road station
🚆 Around 15/20 mins to King’s Cross
🛍️ Close to shops, cafes, and everything you need

I’m ideally looking for a female (27–40), professional (no students). Someone who is:

About me:

I’m Yolanda, 33, originally from Madrid and living in London for almost 15 years . I work full-time from home as an accountant for a tech company

In my free time I enjoy going to the gym , playing football or tennis , or just going for a walk and grabbing a drink after work . I have a good group of friends here, but I also really value having a warm, friendly atmosphere at home (some of my closest friends started as flatmates!). That said, I fully respect personal space too 🙌

The landlords are genuinely great—super responsive and quick to fix anything if needed, which makes a big difference.
