Hi all! Sadly, I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy of this lovely two-bedroom flat in North London as I'm moving away. You'll be sharing with one other girl, Atty (26) who works in tech/finance.
The monthly rent is £1405 (excluding bills, about £130-140/month) and deposit is £1,756. It's fully furnished, including a desk and chair which is ideal if working from home. Also includes a gorgeous kitchen and living area which is perfect for entertaining!
Minimum salary requirement is £42.15k.
About the location:

- 15mins from Drayton Park Station
- 20min walk/5min cycle to Highbury and Islington Station
- great location with plenty of shops (waitrose, morrissons, lidl, argos...) and gyms within a 10min walk!
Move-in date is around 26th of April ideally but slightly flexible. Looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respectful, the usual!
