Friendly Finsbury Park Flat

Very reluctantly, I’m moving out of this wonderful flat share as I’ve sold my soul and joining the property ladder.

The room is a cosy double with a fitted wardrobe and bedside table. I currently have a chest of drawers, storage unit, and a desk and chair, which I’d be happy to leave if needed. You’d be sharing a bathroom with one of my housemates (she’s meticulously clean!).

The flat has a large kitchen and living area, with a huge sofa perfect for lounging. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d need. There’s also a very large balcony, which is a real suntrap on sunny days and great for BBQs.

The current flatmates are two wonderful women (late 20s/early 30s), both working professionals with a mix of office and WFH days. It’s a calm, friendly home- everyone is respectful of personal space, but we also enjoy hanging out in the evenings (usually with some trashy TV) and the occasional house drink.

The location is fantastic-about a 5-minute walk to Finsbury Park station (Victoria, Piccadilly, and Thameslink). There are loads of amenities nearby including M&S, Lidl, Sainsbury’s Local, and Tesco Express. Holloway Road is about a 10-minute walk, with a large Morrisons, Waitrose, and an Odeon cinema.

You’re also close to green spaces: Finsbury Park is around 6 minutes away, and Clissold Park (with deer and goats!) is about a 15-minute walk.

Bills come to around £130–£150 per month. Deposit is £1038. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to move in by 22nd May.
