Double Room in Angel

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely three-bedroom flat in Canonbury just up from Angel from the end of June / beginning of July.

The rent is £1,013 per month, with bills and council tax coming to around £120 per month.

I’m genuinely so sad to be leaving—not just the flat, but also the people. It’s a brilliant home in a fantastic location: about 15 minutes from Angel, 12 minutes from Highbury & Islington, and just 2 minutes from Essex Road station, with great bus links nearby. There’s also a roof terrace with amazing views across the city.

You’d be living with two wonderful women in their twenties who work full-time in recruiting and consulting. They’re both friendly, sociable, and easy to live with—great at striking that balance between having their own routines and spending time together as a household. They enjoy dinners together, introducing each other to friends, and the occasional long evening chatting at home.

They’re looking for someone who wants more than just a place to live—someone who’d enjoy being part of a warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly home. It’s a respectful, easygoing flat with a great atmosphere, and they’d love to find someone who’ll feel at home here.
