FLAT VIEWINGS: W/C 4th May

We are looking for another female between the ages of 27-33 to move into our flatshare. You would be living with three other ladies - all between the ages of 29-30, and a mix of WFH and office working. We’re all friends and would love to find someone who fits in perfectly - think occasional glass of wine and trash tv session. The room comes with a double bed, desk, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelving unit. The flat has 1.5 bathrooms (including a bath), and a large communal living room and kitchen space.

The flat is truly in the best location in Islington, super well connected and everything you need at your doorstep - shops, cafes, pubs, parks etc.

❗️PLEASE NOTE: Due to landlord referencing checks, your rent can only be up to 35% of your gross salary (so your salary would need to be around 34k), and you will also need to be able to get a previous landlord reference. I’m afraid if this doesn’t apply we won’t be able to consider you for the room.
