Please do read this ad carefully - I know it's hard finding the right room but 95% of messages I get are from people who don't fit what I'm after so thanks for reading.

This is not a full time let - it's a MONDAY - FRIDAY room only - 4 nights a week not weekends.

The room is for a solo person working full-time not from home only (no couples or two friends) and no students.

Minimum age 36 years old and minimum tenancy is 4 months. No Agencies please.

THE ROOM:

I have a lovely, comfortable, clean, quiet double room for one professional person.

The room is light and bright with built in wardrobe, double bed with linen, chest of drawers and wooden floors with rugs.

I live in a beautiful old converted pub built in the 1850's – it’s a gorgeous listed building with high ceilings throughout and large sash windows - it's a comfortable home.

There are wooden floors in most of the flat, south facing balcony and very large front room (20’x18’) two sofa's, dining table and chairs, fibre optic broadband, BT TV, DVD player.

There is a separate modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine.

Bathroom has bath and decent shower.

I have turntables and lots of vinyl which are important to me but this is a quiet, restful flat.

The rent is £750 a calendar month which includes all bills. But this is for people renting only during the week - arriving Monday evening and leaving Friday morning, not a full time room.

Caledonian Tube (Piccadilly Line) is 10-12 minutes walk with good connections to the City, Holborn, Covent Garden and so on.

Kings Cross and Camden are each 20 minutes walk with great local bus links within 2 mins from the flat. I’m also near the Overground at Camden Road, Caledonian Road and Barnsbury.

The flat is equal distance between Kings Cross, Camden, Highbury and Archway.

There is a local Co-Op supermarket (7am - 10pm) over the road as well as lots of shops 3-4 minutes walk away inc dry cleaners, 24 hour store and a handful of good quality take away's. And there's a great gastro pub within 5 mins walk.

There is a park 2 mins away and gym and tennis centre the other side of the park – 5 mins.

You’ll be sharing with me and I’ve owned the flat for 23 years. I’m female and work in music - easy going, non smoker but very sociable.

I'm out in the evenings during the week a bit but when I am at home, I often work or unwind by cooking and playing music. I like board games watching comedy, quiz’s and films - have an active hatred for all reality TV. Looking for someone who feels the same.

Looking for a working professional, sociable, easy going person, who is tidy and clean – that’s really important. No students or couples I'm afraid.

I'm looking to share with a friendly flatmate who has their own life and appreciate each other's space but are up for the sharing a meal once in a while or going out for the odd drink.

I've rented for a while and have had some people back multiple times. I have to stress this is a mid week rental as I get so many people asking that are looking full time.
