1 double room in large house with recently renovated marble bathroom and renovated large private secluded garden. The whole house is in excellent condition. Available now.

Inclusive of all bills (weekly cleaner, super fast broadband, full Sky TV package, Netflix, Amazon Prime, council tax, electricity and gas, water, gardener and weekly cleaner).

The kitchen is large and has been recently updated and the house is really in excellent order. There is also plenty of storage space. We have recently added loft lighten space with flooring to enhance this storage element. There is one bathroom upstairs, one toilet downstairs and en-suite bathroom (currently occupied).

The flatmates are one males and three females (consultant, accountant, planning and fashion).

We are looking for a considerate flatmate who would enjoy a friendly house share.

The house is 6 minutes walk to Caledonian and Barnsbury Overground, 8 minutes to Caledonian tube (Piccadilly line) and just over 15 minutes to Highbury and Islington tube (Victoria line). Kings Cross by bus takes 5 minutes or 15 minute walk.

20 minute walk to Kings Cross, Upper Street and Camden High Street so very well located for all the cool areas of London.
