Great value room, awesome garden and location

Good size double room to rent in our 4 bedroom house in beautiful Tufnell Park, available end of July/Start of August.

The room has excellent storage with a spacious double walk in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bookshelf, a double bed, a desk, comfy office chair and sofa, and large mirror as well as large double glazed windows. Given the location (and garden) it is incredible value for money.

The house is spread across 3 floors and has 2 bathrooms (one with shower/bath), a fully functional kitchen (fridge/freezer/microwave/oven /washing machine) and a living room with patio doors opening on to an impressively sized, stunningly curated garden with a BBQ/smoker. Bills come to around £75 per month including really fast broadband.

Great transport links with Caledonian road, Holloway Road (Piccadilly line), Kentish Town and Tufnell Park (Northern Line) tube stations all a 10-12 minute walk away. Very central location with Camden and Highbury Corner close by, but far enough from a main street to enjoy some tranquility. Hampstead Heath is also just a 20 minute walk!

The housemates (Andy, Dean and JC) are three really friendly and relaxed graduates in full time employment but manage to make time to enjoy life still. We often have meals together and hang out in the communal areas.
