Comfortable Double Room

A comfortable double room has become available in a lovely and safe gated development in the quaint and very well connected area of Barnsbury.

The room has a double bed, mirror, storage, TV, and desk. You would also have a large storage cupboard next to the room, with a rail for clothes. The apartment has a large kitchen, big patio and a spacious lounge.

It is located in a gated development which has 24 hour concierge and cctv. It is set well off the road, so whilst at home there is absolutely no noise from passers-by or traffic, you really could be in a village.

That said, just a 5 minute walk through a little park leaves you the bustling Highbury Corner with its underground station, buses and supermarket. Walk a bit in the other direction and you come to Upper Street which is lined with bars, restaurants and boutiques. then take another route (along Thornhill Road) and you are in a Georgian village with squares and lovely gastro-pubs (such as the Albion).

It is really well connected. Alongside Highbury and Islington Station, you can take a very safe and pretty much traffic free cycle into the city (Moorgate) in barely 15 minutes.

The flat is spacious. We have a comfy living room, kitchen/diner and a large patio. there is a bath and great shower which is always hot and also a washing machine, and tumble dryer.

All bills are included and we have wifi. There are no fees at any point.

In terms of who we are looking to let to: We are not fussy, but expect whoever comes to be decent, cooperative, and clean. There is no obligation for taking part in any social events, but if that emerges then fantastic. We also have vegetarians in the house so that would be preferred.

Currently living here is one male who works in the social sector, a female theatre practitioner and anther female who is a yoga teacher and family worker
