Beautiful Islington flat, great connections

I'm looking for a great new flatmate to join me in my 2 bedroom flat as my current flatmate is off to New Zealand. You'll be living with me (32, freelance marketing crisp addict, into film, improv, theatre, gym to counteract those crisps and general fun things).

The flat itself is ridiculously lovely, super quiet and secure in a friendly block, and bigger than the awful photography implies. Parking can be available if needed and the landlady is great. I've lived here for 5 years and it is definitely home. Cozy in winter, big windows allowing for a lovely breeze in the summer, great light all year round, I'm looking for someone who wants to be here for at least a year and call this flat their home too.

- Right by Essex Road Station, 10 minute walk to Canonbury, Angel and Highbury and Islington
- Easy commute to anywhere in London (buses, tubes and trains all very close. I work all over London and everywhere is between 30 and 40 mins)
- Ridiculously huge built in storage
- Can be furnished or unfurnished. Room includes huge built in wardrobe, a bedrame and mattress
- Heating and hot water included in the rent
- Bills include TV/internet, water, gas on the hob, council tax and cleaner every 2 weeks (works out to £138 - although slightly less as the cleaner currently isn't coming)
- Washing machine and dishwasher
- No agency fees as its a private let

I'm looking for someone relaxed, easy to hang out with, clean etc. I keep myself pretty busy but equally love pottering around the flat or cooking, and I'm looking for someone who enjoys the balance too. You will need to be OK with no pork or shellfish products in the house or be veggie but don't mind if meat/fish products are cooked from time to time.
