Light and airy creative flat near Kings Cross

A lovely unusual flat in a great location. I've been sharing my flat pre covid times for years and love having someone around. The flat catches the morning sun, and I try my best to grow plants on the balcony space. The room comes with double bed and I just built a huge wardrobe that will take loads of storage. The room has plenty of room for a desk too. I would prefer no couples, but obvs don’t mind the occasional stay over. The flat is a maisonette so it's on 2 floors making it feel more spacious than most. I've lived with lots of people so used to sharing but always care that we get on well. I have no allergies, got very few rules, try to keep it tidy and have a cleaner come for 2 hours once every 2 weeks to help. Consider my self easy to live with, and up for sharing a meal here and there, or the odd glass of wine. I also have a small dog called Rodney. He’s very friendly and lives people. So liking dogs is probably a must. I’m looking for someone either 5 days a week or 7 and can be flexible on this rent would be £100 less for the 5 days. Come and take a look if your interested . Ideally I am looking for someone to move soon but will hold out till I find someone suitable. Kitchen facilities are just fine, also hot water 24 hours. Liking dogs is a must as there is no avoiding Rodney when he’s home !
