Situated on the N7/N19 border with very good transport links.

The room is fully furnished, clean and gets good natural light.

My home is pretty peaceful and has a relaxing vibe to it. I keep it clean and tidy and, as long as you clean up after yourself, we'll crack on great.

The area is also generally quiet and safe yet only a 10/12 minute walk to Holloway Tube Station (Piccadilly Line), Archway Tube (Northern Line) and Finsbury Park Station (Victoria and Piccadilly Lines & National Rail)
Buses to Highbury & Islington, Kings Cross, London Bridge, Moorgate & Trafalgar Square go from either end of the road.

Shared bathroom (with a maximum of 1 other) and a fully equipped kitchen.

I'm a friendly, approachable, creative person with a somewhat dry sense of humour and many passions - not least writing, reading, psychology/health, good conversation, cycling and gardening. I work part time and the rest of the time I'm usually absorbed in one creative project or another.

Ideally you will be friendly, easy-going, have a sense of humour, considerate of others and their space, and will leave kitchen/bathroom as you'd wish to find them.

Rent inclusive of bills/Wifi and clean bedding weekly.

The area is very well served with transport links, shops, cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, a pay per month gym, a cinema, GP surgery, hospital and, the library's in the next street.

References/proof of I. D required.
Two weeks rent will secure a booking and also serve as a deposit.
