Sunny double room available in spacious flatshare, great location just a few minutes walk from Highbury Corner and close to Upper Street. This is a three bed flat in a house conversion sharing with 2 others, the property is arranged across 2.5 levels so really spacious. Looking for a friendly, tidy individual for a minimum 2 month let.

The room comes furnished with double bed, drawers, wardrobe etc. Mid sized double room (10ft x 9.5ft) which benefits from high ceilings so feels bigger. The flat also has good size lounge, bathroom, additional separate WC, fully fitted kitchen including washing machine, leading on to a decent sized terrace.

Total price is GBP 575 Per month including bills. Rent and bills are paid in one amount and this covers everything including council tax, unlimited fibre internet, gas, electric, water and a cleaner once a week who covers all communal areas.

Local transport is great - less than 5 minutes walk away from Highbury & Islington (Overground, Underground Victoria Line) and 7 mins walk to Holloway Road and Caledonian Road stations (Piccadilly Line) plus numerous bus routes.

About us - A 30 year old Male French analyst and and 37 year old British admin professional who both work long hours in the west end. Both easy going and sociable when not chained to our desks! Soks is a 6 year old small friendly terrier, fully house trained and is out of the house Mon-Fri 09:00 - 18:00 with a dog sitter.

The flat is currently on the market for sale but the landlord will give a minimum of 8 weeks notice from the date of sale to vacate. As it stands we don’t expect to be going anywhere anytime soon.
