Double Room in beautiful Cleaver Sq.

One of our housemates is moving out, so we have a room available. The property is a three story Georgian town house, with a back garden complete with a deck, table, and chairs - perfect for anyone who likes a cookout or a planting project). The four remaining housemates are all male, three gay, one straight.

We are looking for a housemate of any gender/sexuality to join our home, we would hope for someone social to join us.
Bills are included with the rent and includes our wonderful cleaner, who comes by once a week, and who also irons as part of the service.

The double room on offer is on the top floor, the room comes with shelving unit with built in mirror, a chest of drawers and a bed, there is also wardrobe space on the landing adjacent to the room, which is excellent for saving on space. The room has two large Georgian sash windows that look down onto the garden. it is a quiet and peaceful room with nobody living below. This room is currently mine (the one posting the advert) and I am only moving out to claim the en-suite, the room has served me well and I would have had no reason to move otherwise. The carpet is also to be replaced in this room. This room is available mid December - beginning of Jan, we can be flexible.
