Lovely room with own bathroom in quiet garden flat

Lovely clean room, with your own bathroom, available in this recently refurbished flat in Kennington, about 1 minute walk from the Kennington tube, 12 minutes walk to the Thames (Vauxhall/Pimlico) and 30 minutes walk to London Bridge. Parks, running trails and the Kennington village are all within a short walk. The area is very green and lovely.

The flat is very quiet with its own private access. It has been completely repainted and refurbished including with brand new carpet, furniture and new kitchen work-tops. The garden is large and peaceful and gets plenty of sun, and we can plant whatever we like. We do have a decent lounge room as a shared space too. Pets are also considered.

The place would suit someone who wants a comfortable and happy home environment. I will occasionally have friends over but it is definitely not a party house just because of how much I work.
It is close to St. Thomas's hospital, and London Bridge area, and would particularly suit someone in those fields.

The landlords are a very lovely, responsive couple (who used to live in the flat). There are no agents or agent fees involved.

The room comes with bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and a wardrobe.

Both 7 day and Mon-Fri lets are considered.
