The Flat:
Just a 5 minute walk from both Kennington and Elephant & Castle stations, it's a new-build flat with a nice lounge, large well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. The room is very large and has a floor to itself, with it's own bathroom next door. It will have a new double bed (which will be there for when you move in) and has lots of storage space.

Location:
Kennington is a brilliant place to live, with lots of bars, pubs and restaurants on your doorstep. Living here, you’re only a short journey to Clapham and London Bridge too.. There's fantastic transport links to get around London, plus Kennington is on the Northern Line, so 24 hour at weekends. If you like to walk/cycle, it's just a 30-40 minute walk to both the City and the West End.

Flatmate:
I'm Ben - I've moved into the place very recently after living in Balham for 3 years. I work in marketing near Liverpool Street. Generally enjoy playing sports, having chilled evening in front of the TV and trips to the pub. The neighbours are really friendly and sociable too.

Price:
The room is £870pm - bills are extra and will be split between us two (approx. £100-£120 each). The deposit is 6 weeks rent. There's no agency involved - the landlord handles everything. He's lovely and very quick to respond. The only fee is £75 for a reference check.
