Regrettably, I am moving out so I'm looking for someone to take my spot in this great 3 bed flat.

The flat is spread over 3 levels and has two bathrooms, a living room, a conservatory, and a great patio garden. To my surprise, the property also has a roof terrace providing an excellent view of London.

As the property is a converted old firestation, the flat's layout is rather quirky (in a good way). The rooms have high ceilings, solid wooden floors, and the living room has a fireplace.

Located in the heart of London, there are few places more convenient for getting around the city.

The flat is 5 minute walk away from both Kennington and Elephant & Castle underground stations, where Vauxhall station is also close by. There are several supermarkets in the area, and a number of decent pubs and bars are within walking distance.

The Thames is less than a mile away, which makes for a running route that never gets boring.

You would be living with Max and Lauren. Max's background is in business psychology, and he works as a practitioner in the banking industry. In his spare time he enjoys running, and does quite a bit of boxing

Lauren works in the in law and compliance and enjoys travelling and art.
