Huge sunny double room in Kennington

Double bedroom

I'm leaving my lovely room in Kennington to move in with my partner. I've lived here for a year and really enjoyed it!

The room is a very spacious double, with two big built in wardrobes and views of the garden. Furniture includes a double bed, chest of drawers and side table. 

The flat has a good sized kitchen with washing machine and a dishwasher, and a living room with a TV. There's an upstairs bathroom with a separate bath and shower, as well as another toilet downstairs.

Location-wise the flat is amazing - a 10 minute walk to Kennington (Northern Line) and 15 minute walk to Vauxhall (Victoria Line). It's an easy walk or short bus ride to Elephant and Castle, Waterloo and the South Bank. Kennington is a great area - I've always felt very safe here and there's lots of families and young professionals. 

The flat is home to Charlie, Anna and Cristina, all young professionals in their 20s and 30s who work nearby. We're a friendly flat who enjoy hanging out together watching Netflix and visiting all the nearby pub gardens!
