Spacious double with living room!

I'm having to leave my gorgeous room in Kennington, after 4 happy years of living here, to move in with my boyfriend (wish me luck!)

I'm leaving behind Amelia, Rocio, Mariana and Roshana who are looking for a lovely girl (sorry boys) aged 20-35 to come and join Kennington Palace!!

Our house is located in the Kennington triangle, a 5 min walk to Kennington and Oval Station - and 10 mins to Vauxhall.

We have a gorgeous double room on the second floor of the house. It comes with a double bed, two double wardrobes, bookshelf (currently used to store my shoes!), chest of drawers, large desk, shelving, and two big windows - so loads of natural light. Basically everything in the photos comes with the room, it’s lovely.

In the rest of the house we have a shared kitchen, a great open plan living and dining area (with a fridge just for drinks, hello prosecco). Complete with 50 inch TV and fairy lights.
We also have a cute little courtyard that we have had many a bbq in over the summer, and the room has a roof terrace that we often share to catch some rays.

We all met on SpareRoom and have made a really close bond so we want someone that’s going to fit in. We all have our own lives but we often have house dinners, drinks or go out and do things and we want someone that is up for that kind of lifestyle!
We spend most of our time hanging out in the living room, catching up on each other’s lives and watching the latest TV / box sets.

Rent is £800 per month.

There’s no agency or joining fees woo as we deal direct with the landlord. Just a deposit.

We have a cleaner once every two weeks (so we want someone who is clean and tidy). This plus other bills (water, gas & electric, council tax) come to between £45-100 per month (at the very most!) depending on the time of year.
