The landlord is a nearby estate agents who have been very professional and prompt in resolving any issues.

The house is approximately 30 seconds walk to Oval Station on the Northern line and 10 min walk to Vauxhall Station on the district line. There are a number of bus stops close to the house, and is within walking distance of the centre of both Brixton and Clapham.

There is a Tesco Express 5 mins walk away as well as a very large Sainsburys 10 mins walk in Nine Elms. There are also a number of corner shops just a few doors down the road and a pharmacy and restaurant/farm shop next door. The flat is a 2 mins walk to Kennington Park.

My name is Ali and I have been living in the flat for the past two years with a friend, who is now moving out to live with his girlfriend.

I currently work as a Civil Servant working on international trade policy and legislation and have lived in London for the past 5 years after moving to London for postgraduate study.
