Room for the week walking distance to Kennington

Large double room in Zone 1 for Mon-Fri / Sat let. Walking distance to Kennington and Elephant and Castle tubes.

We are looking for someone to rent our spare room during the week - it's a large room with a private bathroom (not en-suite but you would have it to yourself during the week), a desk and a small balcony area. You'll have a cupboard to put things in but we will need access to the room during the day as we keep some of our clothes etc in there. No smoking.

You're welcome to share the living area and use the kitchen in the evenings / mornings.

We are looking for someone who works out of the house during the day and goes home for the weekends, either on Friday evenings or Sat afternoons.

We work full time from home and have a dog - a one year old boxer called Homer. He's very friendly and loves meeting people.

We work in the construction tech industry so particularly interested in people who work in construction!
