Spacious double room available in a 4-bedroom shared flat off Kennington Lane in the Vauxhall/Kennington area. The room comes furnished with drawers and a wardrobe. The rest of the flat includes a lovely living room, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, and a balcony. The bedroom and balcony are both west-facing with evening sun.



You would be sharing with my 3 lovely flatmates: Jago (27) works in hospitality, Sib (30) works in theatre, and Chesk (29) works in music. We like to spend time together both in and out of the flat when we can, so we're looking for someone friendly who gets on well with the current flat, but everyone also has their own social lives and is doing their own thing a lot of the time.



The flat is a 2 minute walk away from a big Tesco, a 5 minutes walk away from Vauxhall station, and a 10 minutes walk away from Oval station.



Our current contract runs until March next year, at which point it becomes monthly rolling.
