Furnished room in Kennington - Zone 1

A room opens up in our lovely 3 bedroom flat from March the 17th. It is in a superb central location, with about 2 minutes to bus links and 8 minutes to the nearest Tube station (Lambeth North). London Eye and Westminster bridge is a short 15 minutes walk from here. The flat is on the first floor of the building with quiet surroundings and a lovely green courtyard.
Bills are not included in rent and come to about £115 per month for water, electricity, council tax and broadband. We have exceptional high-speed broadband to easily work from home. Our council tax band is C.
The flat has a spacious kitchen and separate living room, where we often sit down together for a shared meal or a tv evening. We have a split bathroom. Cleaning duties are split and rotated between the 3 tenants.
We are two Swiss animators (F 28/ F 41) who have been living in this flat together for the last 4 years. We speak English, German and a bit of French. Both of us like to go out together for a meal, drink or a musical once in a while but we also greatly enjoy having our own spaces and time to ourselves. We have been avid d&d players for years and from time to time one of us and their crafty hobbies might take over space in the living room.
We are looking for a new long-term flatmate that treats the space respectfully and fits well into our flat constellation. The flat is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Ideally, you'd be a working professional, with hybrid or fully remote work models accepted. Occasional guests are permitted with previous agreement from all tenants.
