After three amazing years in London, I’m heading back home to Sydney, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room in this beautiful, spacious Georgian house just off Kennington Park (Council tax band G).

You couldn’t be in a better spot. It’s a two-minute walk to Kennington Station (Northern Line), with plenty of buses nearby for easy connections across the city. The house sits right on Kennington Park, giving the area a vibrant yet relaxed feel, with great cafés, pubs, and shops all within easy reach. The house itself is large, bright, and full of character, with high ceilings, big rooms, and lots of shared space.

The room available is a large, furnished double that faces the park. It comes with a chest of drawers, desk, wardrobe, bookcase, and bed. The room gets plenty of sunlight, and the tree outside offers privacy without blocking the light.

You’ll be living with four very chilled, genuinely lovely guys — Keiran, Keith, Saul, and James. They’re friendly, clean, and respectful, with their own lives and routines, but always up for a chat. It’s a relaxed, easygoing household without anyone being in each other’s pockets.

The room is available from 11 January. I move out on the 10th, so there isn’t much flexibility for an earlier move-in date.

Rent is £1,028 per month, and bills and amenities come to about £200 per month.
