* In our late 20s and in the office 4 days a week (please no home workers!)
* Into wellness, interiors, fashion, reading, crafts, art, ballroom/Latin, pole, reformer Pilates, writing & social runs.
* Happy with respectful guests (We have friends and our lovely bfs over a few times a week!), just no one basically moving in.
* We all have our own friends but also really want to be close like a little homely family vibes rather than just simply sharing a space bc we have to!
