Fully furnished room in flat, short-term let

Looking for a short-term subletter to take on a big, furnished double room in a lovely 3-bed flat in the centre of Kennington for two months - room available 18 March till 14 May.

The room shares a bathroom (shower) with one other. The flat is fully furnished (the room has large built-in wardrobes and under-bed storage) and the kitchen is fully kitted out. There is a dishwasher and washing machine.

I'm moving out and very sad to leave this great flat behind. You'd be sharing with two flatmates who are young professionals in their mid-20s (a civil servant and a journalist). Both very fun and sociable, out and about a lot during the weekday evenings and weekends.

Looking for a subletter who is happy to hang out and keen to join for a pub trip or the odd dinner together.

The flat is in a great area, close to Kennington (8 mins) and Oval (10 mins) on the Northern line and Vauxhall (10 mins) on the Victoria line and rail. Very close to lots of pubs, cafes, restaurants and Kennington Park.

Rent is £1200pm, inclusive off all bills.
