Huge double room in Kennington available from May

Sadly I am moving abroad for work so I am looking for someone to replace me in this fantastic 3-bed flat, from 23 May (date can be flexible a few days).

The flat is perfectly located a 7 min walk from both Kennington (Northern) and Vauxhall (Victoria/National Rail) and just a few mins from the Thames. There are plenty of cafes and pubs nearby and a big Tesco just around the corner.

The room is very spacious and cosy with plenty of storage. It faces a quiet residential road and comes with the bed, desk, chest of drawers and lamp. There is also a huge living room with TV and a well equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher. There is one shared bathroom in the flat.

You’ll be sharing with two guys (25 and 28), both professionals, very easy going and I’ve enjoyed living with - we all have our own lives in London but are always up for a chat and often go to the local pub quiz.

The tenancy was due to end in September but with the change in rules from May it will become rolling and have no end date. We will change the name on the agreement with the agency.
