Single room in peaceful flat

I am looking to rent out a single bedroom in my two bedroom flat to a working professional (or mature student), preferably female, for only two or three nights a week.

The flat is located on a quiet residential street and offers a relaxing atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a long day.

The single room is airy and bright and has a comfortable single bed, bedside drawers and a wardrobe where you can leave a few items if required. There is an eat-in kitchen and a separate living room.

Kennington Station (Northern Line) is a 5-7 minute walk away and Vauxhall Station (Victoria Line) about 10 minutes away, providing quick access to Waterloo, Westminster Victoria, Covent Garden and the City or Canary Wharf. There are good bus services locally too, plus a Tesco supermarket, cafes and restaurants, a dry cleaners.

The rent is negotiable depending on how many nights per week but around £65 per night, bills included.

I am looking for someone who appreciates a calm and tidy home environment and who will respect my property as I would yours. Move in date is flexible, I'd rather wait for the right person. If you feel you might be a good fit, don't hesitate to get in touch.
