Large double room available in a flat-share in Kennington, SE11 — available from 24th May (some flexibility on date).

The flat is a modern 4-bedroom apartment with a fully-equipped kitchen and a spacious sitting room — great for relaxing or socialising with housemates. The room on offer is the largest in the flat and comes fully furnished including a large desk.

You'd be joining three professional guys in their late 20s — we're all pretty active (sports, gym, that kind of thing) but equally happy with a pub trip or a chilled one at home. We all respect each other's space and downtime too.

You'd be replacing me on the lease as I am moving in with my partner.

Kennington and Vauxhall station both around 10 min walk from the flat so ideal for a commute to central London. There's a tonne of good pubs and restaurants at our doorstep.

Ideal for a like-minded professional who wants a friendly, active flat. Bills not included but come out to around £100.
