Female for Bright Airy Double in Clean Tidy Flat

Are you a female animal lover looking for a warm, bright, airy, sunny flat?

We are an international couple with four street rescue pets: 2 cats & 2 dogs. This means we have particular circumstamces in that you must be very calm & comfortable around medium-large dogs & regretfully, we can not accept male visitors at all.

Are you that person? If so, we can't wait to meet you!

We now have one double room available upstairs in a lovely clean, tidy & homely split-level apartment. We are looking for a working professional, or a student. I am working four days a week & my husband works nights full-time so will be in bed most of the day, requiring as much peace as possible 🙏
The flat has a warm & homely family vibe so we are looking for other females to add to/ complement this atmosphere. No loud music or loud people please!

The larger double upstairs has lots of light, great views, plenty of storage space for clothing & smaller items. However, larger personal furniture will not fit, aside from A TV, you have everything you need!

We are happy to share our home with known or cultures new to us. Although we only have one bathroom, we often have very different schedules, & therefore, there should never be a queue for the bathroom! Adjustable shower, bath & hot towel rail. We also have a handy separate toilet.

It is a split-level private apartment on the 11th floor of a tower block on Kennington Lane facing south, offering stunning views of the urban landscape. We have a balcony leading onto the kitchen-diner-chill out room. It's a safe, quiet block with friendly neighbours and concierge staff.

We have fast fibre Wi-fi internet connection, excellent heating, constant hot water & all bills are included.
If you do need to travel by public transport, we are ideally and conveniently located for the City & the West End. Buses 159, 333, 3, 59, etc.

A 5-minute walk from Kennington tube (Zone 1/2, northern line) and a 10-minute walk to Elephant and Castle (Zone 1, Bakerloo and Northern lines). Easy walking distance to LCC, Kings and Southbank Unis.

A delightful 20-minute-walk to the Southbank, 30 to Covent Garden & just a 40-minute walk to Holborn over Waterloo Bridge. Borough is a mere 30-minute walk & the city on your doorstep.

Must be an animal lover as the female dog is wary of male strangers and sadly, we can not accommodate males, or male visitors.

If you are a female with calm energy & a fairly quiet lifestyle, you would fit in perfectly.
