Looking for someone to share my two bedroom, first floor flat in the beautiful Kennington Triangle. The property is quite unique as it is part of a shared courtyard with it's own cafe, book shop and restaurant.

The flat is situated 5 minutes from Kennington Tube (Northern Line) via a walk through Cleaver Square.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

The property is managed through Daniel Cobb estate agents so any prospective housemate would need to provide proof of employment, references and a one month deposit. There is also (a slightly annoying, but unavoidable) one-off referencing charge, all payable to them.

Ideally looking for someone quiet (male or female) who appreciates serenity over crazy house parties.

I work as a Systems Analyst for a fashion retailer so could possibly be described as an easygoing, trendy geek... reason for advert is my housemate is moving out to live with her boyfriend in mid February 2015.
