I have a spacious & comfortable furnished double bedroom available in my 2 bedroom flat. Just a 7 minute walk from Kennington Underground station. Walking distance to the River Thames, Houses of Parliament, Westminster and the South Bank. Secure bicycle storage room in the basement.

The apartment is in a converted cinema, its modern, warm, clean, bright and welcoming, centrally located with an array of shops and bars within walking distance.

Large furnished double bedroom. The room is fitted with New Flatscreen TV. Wifi / fast internet available + Netflix. Dyson fan included to keep the room extra cool, and smart app controlled/timed heating which is likely to be much more use right now :)

The Neighbourhood

The neighbourhood is Kennington, this area of Kennington is also known as the Division Bell due to its proximity to parliament. It is in zone one but the nearest tube, Kennington is in zone two,
This is a popular area for members of parliament to live. It is particularly convenient for the South Bank.

It's located within 500 meters of the northern line (Kennington tube station) and a 8 minute walk to the Victoria line at Vauxhall. There are plenty of city bikes/cycles to hire just outside the building.

House Rules

No smoking inside the flat, but we have access to a communal courtyard patio at the back of the property.

About

We are a clean, tidy, friendly household. This is not a party flat, we love to cook, relax and unwind, Netflix nights, board games, and share meals over the odd glass of wine or two. We are very friendly and sociable but equally respectful when one wants privacy.
