This wonderfully located flat, close to the Thames and the South Bank, is within walking distance of the South Bank, Covent Garden, Soho etc. etc.
I have been a live-in land-lady for 5 years, but am intending to spend some months away. I am currently open to renting out the entire place for 6 months, to a family or sharers.
The flat is spacious, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The redesign involved modernising the whole flat, opening up areas and letting light through. There's a south-facing aspect, a view over green grass, from the balcony and the room to be rented out. The flat has WiFi, a washing machine with tumble-drying function, dish-washer and double glazing through-out.
There are 2 large double bedroom, one with it's own sink, and 2 bathrooms. The large kitchen/living space and balcony are shared.
The neighbourhood is friendly, with excellent transport links - especially buses - and rental bikes available just opposite. Several parks within easy reach, two of which have rentable tennis courts, various gyms and a swimming pool a short walk away.
There are good pubs and restaurants in the area, and it is culturally very central: the South Bank theatres and concert halls a short walk away, Tate Britain and Tate Modern too, and the new Newport street gallery – housing Damien Hirst’s collection (also his wonderful restaurant, pharmacy 2), literally around the corner.
