ROOM: There are two rooms available from 1st October. They are king-sized, with huge windows, tall ceilings and a faux fireplace, plenty of storage and fully furnished each with a double bed, desk, chair and wardrobes. They have been freshly painted recently.

HOUSE: The house is old and spacious grade 2 listed Georgian with a living/dining area (no TV), a great kitchen (oven, fridges/freezers, hob, microwave etc.) 6 rooms in total, 2 bathrooms and a wild garden out back. Unfortunately there is no bicycle storage.

TRANSPORT: Situated minutes away from Kennington tube station (for the Northern line, either way up/down + night tube) and there are many buses as well.
We also have supermarkets, bars and restaurants close by.

HOUSEMATES: Friendly and diverse professionals, who keep busy during the week and while not averse to being social, lead independent lives, don't bring the party home and have their own circles. Best to mention that we are a non-smoking household.

YOU?: Friendly, tidy, respectful, non-psycho (the usual :>). On a serious note, willing to pitch in, clean and contribute to the house, as we all do the same!

MISC: A lovely cleaner comes every week to take care of common areas, cost apply.
