The current tenants are easy-going, tidy and considerate of those around them. One is a midwife and the other is a mature film student.

Kensal has its own Lexi cinema, great restaurants/pubs/bars (‘Paradise By Way of Kensal’ is a particular favourite!) a sweet little deli, butcher and fishmonger....the list goes on!

There are three great parks (Queens Park, King Edwards and Round Wood) and fantastic transport links with Kensal Green Underground and Kensal Rise Overground both a 2 minutes walk from the flat. There is also access to multiple bus routes from the Chamberlayne Road and Harrow Road.
