Double En-Suite, TV with Freeview and Wi-Fi, small kitchenette for basics. Non smoking and pet free environment.

Close to 2 different over ground (Kensal Rise - Mildmay line / Kensal Green - Bakerloo & lioness lines) stations 5 min walk (zone 2), also various bus stops giving easy access to central London and surrounding areas, local shops (post office, Italian deli, dry cleaners, corner shop) 2min to Tesco express, dentists, barbers, hair salons, other shops, bars and restaurants 5-10min walk

Our area is nestled within the surrounding areas of Willesden, Kilburn, Queen’s Park, Paddington, Ladbroke Grove, Notting Hill, Westbourne Park, Shepherd’s Bush with Westfield shopping centre, Harlesden, Park Royal & Acton

Please note although my husband, dad and i live in; there are 2 buildings with a courtyard between, we are in one and both rooms (all en-suite for single occupancy) we have for rent are in the other, with own entrance, so you would only be sharing a kitchenette with one other...

Kitchenette is just that, other than sink fridge crockery cutlery microwave toaster and kettle there’s no other cooking facilities

Double en-suite room (smaller - with Grey bedding) £180 per wk - Taken until further notice

Double en-suite room (larger - with Blue bedding) no-longer has additional single bed - £200 per wk - AVAILABLE 5th Jan 26

If required for hybrid please advise on number of day/nights needed so we can consider if any reduction is possible.

Enclosed court yard between the two buildings of which you can share (weather permitting) with us.

If we are about in the court yard and you wish, you are welcome to join us of an evening
