You would live with us, Veronica, Aasim, Tommy, Lorena and Matias (German, British, Chinese, Chilean; postgraduate students at RCA & UCL). We are sociable and like to share a glass of wine and dinners, but are respectful of each other's privacy.

We like to cook, do BBQ's and Sunday brunches, but are focussed on our studies/work and look for people that want to relax and be comfortable at home.

We hope for friendly, considerate and sociable people that like to call this cosy house a home! Cleanliness and tidiness are extremely important to us and we hope you share the same values. We don't smoke in the house but don't mind you if you do so outside.

We pay no Council Tax as students, so the last room is perfectly suited for another student. Alternatively, you could pay as a professional CT on top and request 25% off that cost as single-payer within a non-paying household with the Council.

The groundfloor room can be taken by a couple, but unfortunately not the other rooms.
The deposit will be secured in an official deposit protection scheme by the landlord. We will renew a shared 12-months contract from 11th Oct 2020 onwards. There is the option to extend and renew the contract after this period or to leave when you find a replacement tenant. The landlords are easy-going as they know us for a while.
