Double room with en suite to rent

Looking for a new flat mate to join us!

We are two professional males (24 + 25) working in recruitment.

As you can see, it is a ground floor garden flat in a period property; modern finish with underfloor heating throughout, and island in the kitchen (great for hosting) and some other cool features - not least the two of us already here!

Our current flatmate is moving from the largest en suite room and this is the one I am advertising. However, if you have a slightly lower budget and do not need an en-suite, we can consider swapping rooms - just ask :)

Ideally we’d like someone who can fit in with us and our way of living. We are friends first and foremost and would like someone to join that dynamic. When not working, we spend our time socialising (we do have friends over on the weekends), doing or watching sports and playing games. We go out when we can too and enjoy anything social... parties/pubs/clubs/restaurants/festivals etc etc

Looking for someone more extrovert than introvert. Whilst we will of course respect your privacy, we’d rather you didn’t live in your room.
