We have a cosy medium sized room with double bed available in a house share in Kensal Green for single occupancy only (no couples).

This lovely room has a double wardrobe, desk, double bed and bed side table.
It is perfect for someone looking for somewhere quiet and clean to come home to. We pride ourselves on keeping a clean home so please only apply if you are happy to clean up after yourself... "Wash up, dry up, and put away!" is our friendly motto :)

The room is cosy but the window is muted by a film due to the outlook being into a storage area (see pictures)

There is no access to garden and multiple parks and sports centre near by.

All bills are included and the communal areas are cleaned once a week but flat mates *must* clean up after themselves and do their bit to share peacefully and amicably with each other.

NOTE: There is no freezer or convection oven only shared fridge space , microwave and hob. Also washer and dryer are coin timed at 1gbp per hour of electricity.

The house is conveniently located for all transport into or around London by bus, tube and over ground. Check out the area of Kensal Green, Kensal Rise and Queen's Park, for its many coffee shops, cars, restaurants and boutiques.

Not suitable for cycle or car owners as there is controlled parking and no on site storage. Also strictly no e-scooters or battery transport.
