Large double room with on-suite shower room, dishwasher and kitchenette for professional who needs a zone 2 London base 5 days per week: Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday. Washing machine available if required during week.

Self-contained space, no share of rest of house, which is used by just myself, my son during university holidays and a cat. You will pass through the main living space on your way up to your room and if I'm there I'll be happy to say hi and chat a little if you'd like to.

Area is great for transport (5 mins to Kensal Green tube Bakerloo and Lioness lines into central London in 30 mins; bus route to Euston and Mild may line from Willesden Junction, 15 mins walk away). Westfield shopping center 20 mins on bus. Lots of excellent local restaurants and gastropubs, also local private cinema. 30 mins walk to Portobello road/Ladbroke Grove area. Supermarket 2 mins away.

Bills included plus WiFi. 1 month notice either side. Council tax band B.
