Sunny double bedroom in Kensal Green

Our friend is sadly leaving our little group so we are looking for someone to take over her room as we renew our current contract on 28 July.

It’s a bright south facing double bedroom which comes with the bed, mattress and wardrobe pictured. The house has a nicely sized living room and a garden that gets a lot of sun during the day - great for summer bbqs!

You would be joining a group of 3 professionals - Ellie (28) is a visual effects artist, Phoebe (24) works in luxury travel, and I (26) work at a law firm. We work partly from home and in the office. We are all very good friends and enjoy spending time together - movie nights, takeouts or going out for a drink - but we also have our own friend groups and activities outside the flat.

We love the house and like to keep it tidy and nice to come home to, so we are looking for someone similar.

The house is on a residential road, conveniently located halfway between Kensal Green and Willesden Junction stations so we are less than a 10 min walk from the Bakerloo line and overground. There’s a Co-op just around the corner and a big Sainsbury’s a 20 min walk away.

We deal directly with the landlords who are very friendly and on top of any issues that come up, they really care about the property.

The rent is £875 per month and bills are currently about £90 (they do increase a bit in the winter).
