Affordable room with potential in big pretty home!

We are looking for a new housemate for one of our rooms!

- It is a double bed with lots of space and potential to make it your own!
- There is parking on the street, a garden out the back and the house is lovely with high ceilings and a homey atmosphere.
-There is a tube and two overground lines a five minute walk from the house (mildmay, lioness, bakerloo). Shops are the same distance away and queens park is about a 15 min walk. We are very luck to live here!

For our new housemate:
- We'd prefer someone female identifying
- Someone who is okay with our rules on cleanliness and house security.
- That fits in with the loving, calm atmosphere we have created. (were not a party house but we love a glass of wine or a pub trip occasionally).
- We prefer no beef is cooked in the house as we are a largely vegetarian household and some people don't like the smell, but its fine to cook other meats.
- We're okay to have a cats, hamsters, etc. as long as the owner takes responsibility for its welfare. No dogs, I'm sorry!
- We are a house of artistic people so we welcome those with more unusual schedules and incomes and also internationals, we have a history of many internationals in this house, but it's not a dealbreaker!
