Lovely bright large room, garden, cats welcome

Hello,

We have a lovely large room to rent in our old home in Kensal Rise / Kensal Green. It’s about 5-10 mins walk to either station depending how fast you walk!

The room is £750/Mo and is available for one person only. It's available from 1st August, and we are more than happy if you have a cat, or want to have a cat. The current tenant has a lovely cat called Herman, so if you already have a cat then they'd need to be ok with him and vice versa. We would prefer no dogs, sorry.

The room has a nice double bed with solid high handmade frame with lots of storage underneath, a clean mattress, 2 huge IKEA Pax extra tall double wardrobes each with rail, 3 drawers and a pull out tray, tall shelves, a tall Ikea Malm 7 drawer tall unit, a bedside light, and a desk and chair.

We are happy to be flexible with furniture if you have some of your own.

The rent includes all bills.

Kitchen is super functional, we custom built cupboards up to the ceiling and have a dishwasher and lovely LG washer dryer. Bathroom has a nice extra large bath with shower and flat has a nice new combi boiler.

There is also a lovely south facing garden with lawn and nice plants.

We moved to Bath, and are currently keeping the lounge / last room with a double sofa bed (and small ensuite bathroom) as our own room for when we come to London.

My partner is a building surveyor and hasn't been to the flat much at all in the last 9 months, but should he get a contract in London he might need to stay in the flat a bit. (several days a week for the duration of the contract) - however he is not actively looking for work in London at the moment so this is unlikely. When I come to London I normally drive up and back in a day - but again might stay the odd night, obviously we give notice if we are doing this.

We are happy to consider opening the lounge up for people to use when we are not around once we get to know and trust you. Just please be aware that if we do stay, there isn't a lounge to use - although there is a lovely garden.
