Large double bedroom in Kensal Rise 🌿

A lovely big double bedroom in a large shared house between Kensal Rise and Kensal Green overground stations. The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, small shelving unit, armchair and two wardrobes. It’s a great space for working from home if you need to and there is also a shared living room with a tv and Amazon firestick.

Current occupants are all young professionals, 2 males and 1 female so we would be looking for someone similar to replace me. We also have a friendly resident dog! It’s a quiet and respectful house.

The house has a huge south facing garden which is perfect in the summer for sunbathing and having BBQs. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a spacious bathroom and separate toilet.

The house is situated a 10 minute walk from Kensal Rise for the overground and Kensal Green for the overground and bakerloo line. There are some really good local amenities, including a Tesco metro near Kensal rise, a sports centre with swimming pool a 7 minute walk away and many nice parks in walking distance.
