I’m moving out of a comfy double room in a friendly 3-bed flatshare in Kensal Rise (Zone 2), and we’re looking for a laidback professional to take over. If you’re looking to make friends as well as find a nice place to live, this is definitely the place for you. I’ve lived here for over a year and consider it home. So it’s with a heavy heart that I’m leaving to get on the property ladder.

- Furnished with a double bed, huge wardrobe, desk space & large double-glazed window
- Available from 2nd May onwards
- Rent £560 pcm
- Bills £116 pcm
- Deposit £646
- Reference checks required (£50)
- Rolling contract!
- No students or couples (sorry)
- Short-term lets considered (ideally until the end of Sept/Oct)

- Big bright living room that doubles up as an additional workspace (see photos)
- Big shared garden (great for workouts & sunbathing)

Your Flatmates:

You’ll be living with Mindy, a Copy Manager from Australia, and Leanne, a People Partner from Northern Ireland, both kind, tidy and considerate with a great sense of humour! They enjoy COOKING, READING, WATCHING NETFLIX, FITNESS, going to the PUB, TRAVEL (when it was still possible), and having the odd FLAT DINNER or GARDEN BARBEQUE. We’re also friendly with the neighbours, so there’s a nice community feel here.

We also have an adorable cat called Delilah — in the evening she might invite herself onto your lap for a cuddle (if you let her).
