Fully decorated two bedroom flat and furnished with all mod cons. The flat has a large garden and a beautiful tree with swing chair which comes out at the first hint of spring sun. The bedroom itself has a fireplace (not in use but nice to look at), a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe (which the photo angle doesn’t capture). There’s also space for a book shelf and desk but these don’t come with the room.

Perfectly located close to Chamberlayne Road's shops and cafes on one end of the street, and a library, more cafes and our local grocery store on the other.  One of our favourite things about this area of Kensal Rise is the popular Italian deli on College Road (all of us seem to have fully incorporated coffee and cannoli into our lives!) We’re also between Queens Park and Roundwood Park - both gorgeous spots. 

Transport wise, Kensal Rise overground is at the end of the street so only 3 mins walk. Easy reach of Hampstead Heath, Islington and Hackney from here, and Westfield Shepards Bush is 10 mins away on the south bound line. Kensal Green underground and overground station is 8 mins walk. Trains run into central London from here and it’s about 20 mins to Oxford Circus. There are frequent buses from the end of our street down to Notting Hill - about 10/15 mins drive.

Bills have been approx £140 per month each in winter, £100 spring to autumn.

About us: We're a couple who love to make a house a home so we're looking for someone who likes to hang out occasionally and get into a box set with and who also shares a need for down time and own space. You’d also be living with Bodhi - a 1 year old hypoallergenic and non-shedding cavapoochon. He’s a cuddly clever little pup with a heart of gold.
