Spacious double room in a great house

Hello, we have a double room available for a 3rd flatmate in an amazing house for the price ~ 15 mins walk from both Willesden Green underground and Kensal Rise overground station.

The room advertised is a double over looking our residential street, with big windows and gets some amazing light. The room comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe with some extra storage space underneath the bed.

You will be sharing the open living, kitchen space and a big washroom with shower and toilet with one other girl, as one of the rooms is an ensuite. We have an attic upstairs for storage and a back garden that requires some tlc when the weather gets nice.

We are looking for someone who is super clean, treats the house as their own home and is respectful of everyone’s privacy. You’ll be living with Riya and Maryam, both working professionals, and working from home 2-3 days a week.

Bills come up to £130 - £150 per month depending on the season. Deposit and references required by the agency and minimum tenancy as per contract is 1 year.
