A large double room is up for rent in a fully furnished 2-bed flat in Kensal Rise/Green. The flat is ideally located 5-8 min walk from both the Kensal Rise and Green station allowing for easy access to central London. It has a large, shared living/dining room (with flat screen TV) It has a dishwasher and a washing machine/dryer. There is a shared modern bathroom. The flat is on the 2nd Floor There are plenty of coffee shops, great pubs, and wonderful restaurants nearby

My flatmate is moving out and I am looking for flexible new flatmate looking for a place on a short to long-term basis for a minimum of 3 months to, move in on the 7th of May me. I am a clean, young professional in full-time employment and easy to get along with, and I want to find some similar. I am looking for someone sociable who wants to hang out and get to know my friend group. However, I understand that everyone needs their own space/privacy too.

The rent of £1,200 includes all bills (no hidden costs). This includes hyper-fast fibre optic Wi-Fi, Gas, Water, Electricity, Council Tax and a cleaner who comes once every two weeks. The flat is run by an agency, that regularly maintains the flat.

I will require a month’s rent before you move in along with your deposit (£950). Total upfront would be £2150. This flat is council band C (Brent Council)
