Sublet in gorgeous, girly flat til March!

Hello! I’m subletting my double room in our lovely flat, starting mid October until around March. Please find details below :)

Room: The room is fully furnished and includes a double bed with memory foam mattress, a built in wardrobe, drawers, and dressing table. It is sun facing and gets plenty of warm bright light!

Flat: It’s a lovely and clean girly flat. You’d live with two female professionals. Both very nice, clean and tidy housemates! The flat has two bathrooms (you share a bathroom with one other person), a large lounge, and good amenities including a dishwasher.

Location: Wakeman Road, NW10. The location is fantastic, in London Zone 2. There are two nearby stations: Kensal Green (bakerloo and lioness line) is 7 min walk away (5 if you walk fast!); Kensal rise station (mildmay line) is 8 mins walk. There are loads of buses down to Notting hill (v nearby) and into central. Theres a Tesco at the end of the street and a huge Sainsburys about 10 min walk. Queen’s Park is 10 min walk. The flat is just off chamberlayne road which has lots of shops and cafes.

Rent: £898.55 per month. Bills end up about £150 per month.

Dates: approximately 14 October to start of March, but can be semi flexible!
